Directions to Wilmington Office

TO WILMINGTON FROM POINTS SOUTH (Baltimore, the Delaware Memorial Bridge or downstate Delaware):

Take I-95 North to Wilmington Exit 7 marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue."
From right lane, take Exit 7 onto Adams Street.
At the third traffic light on Adams Street, turn right onto 11th Street (52 South, Business District).
At Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left continuing on 11th Street.
As you enter Wilmington, you will see The Brandywine Building on your right (with DuPont sign displayed on the roof of the building).
We are located on the Seventeenth Floor of The Brandywine Building.

TO WILMINGTON FROM POINTS NORTH (Philadelphia or Northern Delaware):

Take I-95 South to Wilmington Exit 7a marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue."
From right lane, take Exit 7a onto 11th Street (52 South, Business District).
At Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left continuing on 11th Street.
As you enter Wilmington, you will see The Brandywine Building on your right (with DuPont sign displayed on the roof of the building).
We are located on the Seventeenth Floor of The Brandywine Building.

Parking
Validated client parking is located directly across the street from the Brandywine Building, at the City Center Wilmington Garage, on 11th Street, just past the West Street intersection. Young Conaway has reserved parking space on the second level along the wall closest to downtown. Look for the signs which identify our spaces.

If the "Lot is Full" sign is posted, you are still able to park in the garage. Simply push the intercom button and inform the garage attendant that you are a visitor of Young Conaway.

By Train
The Wilmington AMTRAK Station is located at Martin Luther King Boulevard and French Street, offering a frequent schedule on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor Service, only minutes from Young Conaway's offices in the Brandywine Building. Local service is also available on SEPTA's R2 line, stretching from Newark, Delaware through North Philadelphia.

By Plane
The Philadelphia International Airport is less than 30 minutes away, with shuttle and taxi service available to Wilmington. If you are renting a car, follow I-95 South from the airport and see the driving directions for detailed instructions and parking information. In addition, Baltimore-Washington International Airport and Newark International Airport are less than two hours away. Both offer Amtrak train service to Wilmington. The New Castle County Airport is a 10-minute cab ride.
