Karen Keller was admitted to the Delaware and Pennsylvania State Bars in 2004 after graduating cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003.  Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and spent a year as a cooperative education student doing drug discovery research at GlaxoSmithKline.  During her time in law school, Karen worked as a law clerk at the firm of Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen and Pokotilow, Ltd. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she assisted in prosecuting patents and trademarks. 
 
Karen joined Young Conaway in 2003 and currently practices in the Intellectual Property Litigation Section and Commercial Litigation Section of the firm where she has been actively involved in several high-profile patent litigation cases before the District Court of Delaware and also significant corporate litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.  In December 2004, Karen prepared and presented an in-house Continuing Legal Education seminar on "Electronic Discovery" and its practice implications.  She also has represented various pro bono clients through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services in a custody proceeding.

Karen is a member of the firm's hiring committee, technology committee and business development committee.
